The thermal oxidation by RTO is an industrial process for the cleaning of polluted exhaust air.
Our systems can reach up to 96% of thermal recovery efficiency drastically reducing the plants operating costs. The gas consumption can be drastically reduced thanks to the possibility of working in autothermal conditions already with very low concentrations of VOC or, where this is not possible, thanks to a special device that will help you to save up to 30% of gas consumption.
Our RTO can be completed with an additional heat exchanger to provide additional heat to the main production facility.
