Our single colour printing unit, model Flash, is designed for in-line installation on extruders, bag machines, etc.
The rotation of the printing rollers of the unit is driven by the movement of the printed material and can be supported by an electric motor (optional system recommended especially when using sensitive materials that may wrinkle due to the tensile force required by the printing rollers).
The standard ink application system is carried out by means of a rubber-coated roller which draws ink from a reservoir and is in contact with the engraved dispensing roller. The pressures between the rollers are manually adjustable on both sides of the support using knobs.
