It is particularly well-suited to cutting paper and cardboard intended for the production of spiral tubes, bags, filter paper, laminated materials and similar products.

It can process materials with a basis weight ranging from 30 to 800 g/m² at a working width of 1650 mm, offering high versatility.

The TRMMP model boasts a high performance of up to 800 m/min, a robust anti-vibration design and a modern control system featuring a PLC and touchscreen panel.

The entire process is fully automated, from tension control via load sensors and pneumatic braking to stable parameter maintenance during production, guaranteeing consistent quality even at high speeds.

Finished rolls can have a maximum diameter of 1,300 mm and a minimum width of 25 mm. The unwinder can be supplied with or without a shaft, depending on customer requirements.

The machine is also equipped with advanced safety systems, including automatic paper break detection and other protective functions, enabling fully autonomous operation with no need for constant operator intervention.
