HIGH PRESSURE
High-pressure water cleaning at 120 bar is the most economical and effective for anilox. The entire automatic cycle normally takes no more than 15 minutes. The cleaning process follows 3 steps: automatic spraying of the cleaning agent, washing with high-pressure water and blowing compressed air to dry the anilox.
ULTRASONIC
Ultrasonic washing is the most economical and effective way to regenerate anilox, whether it is a traditional gear cylinder or a sleeve. Our ULTRAWASH (for automatic washing, rinsing and drying) and ULTRAWASH BASIC (for manual rinsing) operate with a multi-frequency ultrasonic system to ensure deep and gentle cleaning of the anilox without damaging the cell shoulders or the cells themselves. This innovative system, operating at lower frequencies, creates the cavitation effect, which gently sucks dirt out of the cells.
IN-LINE or OFF-LINE ECOLOGICAL CLEANING EQUIPMENT WITH BACKING SODA
BIKWASH INLINE is the baking soda-based cleaning system that can be applied directly on the press. Thanks to the installation of specific support plates, it will be possible to move the system to clean all anilox on many printing presses. This system is particularly suitable for all companies that have anilox rollers that are difficult or often impossible to remove from the machine for cleaning (such as in the corrugated board industry).
BIKWASH OFFLINE is a stand-alone unit suitable when anilox rolls are sleeved or are small and easily removable. This sodium bicarbonate cleaning system, which is external to the press, allows the cylinder to be cleaned by rotating it on itself at an adjustable speed.
